Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Aheadly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Aheadly for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
Account Terms
Account Creation
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Aheadly cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
One Account Per Person
You may not create more than one account. If we discover that you have created multiple accounts, we may suspend or terminate all of your accounts.
Payment Terms
Subscription Plans
Aheadly offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees specified for that plan.
Billing
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within Aheadly, including milestones, reflections, and profile information. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- To use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- To abuse, harass, or harm other users
- To scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Aheadly, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aheadly operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
